- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, and onion.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, milk, and melted butter to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering pot.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
