Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, celery, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
- Add the stuffing mixture to the chicken mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Pour melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a creamier texture, add more broth.
