  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, celery, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  4. Add the stuffing mixture to the chicken mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour melted butter over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.
