Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna. They are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a spoonful of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle and spread some of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Once all rolls are in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
