Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna. They are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a spoonful of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle and spread some of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Once all rolls are in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
