Description

Cheesy mashed potato puffs are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They make a great side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the puffs until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm.
