- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Slice pockets into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
