Description

Cheesy garlic butter mushroom stuffed chicken is a flavorful and satisfying dish. Tender chicken breasts are filled with a savory mushroom and cheese mixture, then baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
