Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush it over the dough.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cut into sticks and serve warm.
