Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the bread.
- Add the cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust garlic powder to your taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
