Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese: 5 Flavor Bombs

Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  8. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Adjust garlic powder to your taste.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
