- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked orzo, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
