Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the brussel sprouts for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the brussel sprouts and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the brussel sprouts.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
