- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the brussel sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Drain the brussel sprouts and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the brussel sprouts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a crunchy topping, add breadcrumbs before baking.
- You can substitute different cheeses based on your preference.
