A hearty twist on classic sloppy joes with a cheesesteak flair.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some hot sauce.
- Serve with pickles on the side.
- Try using hoagie rolls for a different presentation.
