Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Add sour cream and flour, mixing until combined.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  10. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
