Ingredients

  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until combined.
  8. Pour filling into the crust.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
