- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well.
- In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Layer the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
