Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, ketchup, mustard, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
- Serve warm.
