A simple and delicious one pot cheeseburger gnocchi recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and gnocchi.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until gnocchi is cooked.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
