Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a crunchy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it.
  4. Add the cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to create a wrap.
  6. Cook the wrap in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Cut in half and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add pickles for extra flavor.
  • You can use turkey or plant-based meat as a substitute.
