A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a crunchy tortilla.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it.
- Add the cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a wrap.
- Cook the wrap in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add pickles for extra flavor.
- You can use turkey or plant-based meat as a substitute.
- Adjust the toppings to your preference.
