- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small strips.
- Place mozzarella cheese at the center of each strip.
- Roll the dough around the cheese to form knots.
- Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on each knot.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
