Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or beef.
