Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs.
- Serve with celery and carrot sticks for crunch.
