Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together oil and eggs.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add carrots, pineapple, and walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely.
  8. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  10. Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
