Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Beef brisket – 5 lbs
- Pork ribs – 3 lbs
- Chicken thighs – 2 lbs
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
- Onion powder – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 3 hours, removing the foil for the last hour.
- Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper, then slow-cook it for 8 hours.
- Prepare the pork ribs by seasoning them and grilling for 1.5 hours.
- Cook chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Let all meats rest before carving and serving.
