Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Mix in the sugars and butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, stir until combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in caramel sauce, espresso, and nuts if using.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
