Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice; simmer for a few minutes.
- Toss in cooked linguine and parsley. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
