Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix bourbon and minced garlic.
- Marinate the steaks in the bourbon mixture for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve with remaining sauce from the skillet.
