Instructions

- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
