Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
