Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender and chop finely.
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be frozen for later use.
- For a vegan option, substitute egg with flaxseed meal and use vegan cheese.
