  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cubed brioche, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the broth and mix well.
  6. Add the beaten eggs and stir until combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
