A delightful cake made with boiled fruits and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Boil the mixed dried fruits in water for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and butter to the boiled fruits and stir until melted.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs to the cooled fruit mixture and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Taste improves after a day.
