A delicious Thanksgiving-inspired burger from Bob’s Burgers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, cranberry sauce, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  5. Assemble the burgers with lettuce and mayonnaise.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
