Description
A refreshing and fruity dessert made with blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
- Add blueberries and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Blend mixture until smooth.
- Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve when ready.
Notes
- Use ripe blueberries for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Serve with fresh mint for garnish.
