Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar for streusel
  • 1/4 cup oats for streusel
  • 1/4 cup flour for streusel
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for streusel

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. For the streusel, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted butter.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle streusel topping over each cookie.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  11. Let cool before serving.
