- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar for streusel
- 1/4 cup oats for streusel
- 1/4 cup flour for streusel
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for streusel
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- For the streusel, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted butter.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle streusel topping over each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
