Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 5 cups water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, dried lavender, and sugar with 1 cup of water.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove solids.
  5. In a pitcher, combine the blueberry-lavender syrup, lemon juice, and remaining water.
  6. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
  7. Serve over ice.
