Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, then top with more batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
- Do not overmix the batter.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
