- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, sugar, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and fold in the heavy cream.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
