Delicious blender cinnamon roll cheesecake bars with a creamy texture and a hint of cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  3. Open the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.
  4. Grease a baking dish and spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces on the bottom.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough pieces.
  6. Top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool and drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with a little water.
