Delicious blender cinnamon roll cheesecake bars with a creamy texture and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Open the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.
- Grease a baking dish and spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces on the bottom.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough pieces.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with a little water.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- These bars can be served warm or chilled.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
