Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm.
  3. Add milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread blackberries, cinnamon, and brown sugar over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  10. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
  11. Spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
