Description

Delicious rice krispie treats made with Biscoff cookies and spread.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add Biscoff spread and stir until smooth.
  4. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in rice krispies and crushed cookies.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.

  • Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
