Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread

- 1 cup powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Form dough into balls and create a small indent.
- Fill each indent with Biscoff spread.
- Seal the dough around the filling and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
