Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Form dough into balls and create a small indent.
  8. Fill each indent with Biscoff spread.
  9. Seal the dough around the filling and roll in powdered sugar.
  10. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Let cool before serving.
