Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Fold in the Biscoff spread until combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.
