Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Cook until the dip is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
