A delicious strawberry poke cake that is moist and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of strawberry jello
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake with a fork.
- Mix strawberry jello with boiling water until dissolved.
- Add cold water to the jello mixture and pour over the cake.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Let the cake chill for a longer time for better absorption of the jello.
- You can use sugar-free jello for a lower calorie option.
