Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
