- 4 flounder fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flounder fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic mixture evenly over the fillets.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
