Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
- Combine beef mixture and macaroni in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
