A tasty recipe for beef enchiladas, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
- Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
- Use shredded chicken or beans for a different filling.
