Beef Dorito Casserole is a crowd-pleasing favorite that combines layers of beef, cheese, and crunchy Doritos.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup corn
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, tomatoes, and corn. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos.
- Add the beef mixture on top of the Doritos.
- Spread sour cream over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Layer the remaining Doritos and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapenos for extra heat.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked when ready.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
