Description
A hearty beef and macaroni soup that warms you up.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Add the macaroni and reduce heat. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can add more vegetables as desired.
