Instructions

  4. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Stir in the melted butter.
  7. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  9. Let it cool completely.
  10. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  11. Spread whipped cream over the cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  12. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
