Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
  4. Add eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the mashed bananas.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture alternately with buttermilk.
  8. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
