A delicious banana pudding cake that combines the flavors of banana pudding with a moist cake.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
- Add eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture alternately with buttermilk.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool and then top with vanilla pudding and whipped cream.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with additional banana slices on top.
